Buying & activation
Delivery varies by product. After payment clears, customers receive the relevant account entitlement, activation key, download instructions or server permission. The expected method is shown on the product page; server access may require an account identifier and a short activation period.
Billing & statement
Payment details are shown before you confirm an order. Full card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Infrastruct Digital. Charges appear on your card statement as INFRASTRUCTDIGITAL.COM. PayPal is also available where offered at checkout.
Refunds & expiry
We offer a voluntary 14-day refund policy, including after download or activation, subject to the published policy and applicable law. Every access pass is a one-time purchase and expires automatically; it does not renew. If a refund is approved, the related access may be deactivated.
Accounts & access
One account covers the whole catalog — game passes, helper applications and AI products together. Windows apps require Windows 10 or 11; the Minecraft server requires a licensed Java Edition copy. Paid access periods and expiry dates are shown in your account.

How fast do I get access after paying?
AI products and helper applications receive an account entitlement after payment confirmation. GTA 5 and Minecraft server passes receive account-linked server access after payment confirmation; activation timing is shown at checkout.
How do refunds work?
Request a refund within 14 days of purchase using your account email. Download or activation does not automatically disqualify the request. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and the related access may be deactivated.
Does access renew automatically?
No. Every access pass is a one-time purchase. It expires at the end of the selected period and we do not charge you again unless you make a new purchase.
Do I need anything special to use the products?
Windows apps (InfraTrust AI, helpers) need Windows 10 or 11. The Minecraft server requires a licensed Java Edition copy. Game passes need the game itself — everything else is handled by us.
How are partner products sold?
Our store offers a closed catalogue of products operated by Infrastruct or selected partners. Infrastruct Digital is the seller shown at checkout and the contact for payment, delivery and refund requests.
